1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PrepXIQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the operator of this Platform, Suhaib Reyaz("we", "us", "our"), sole proprietor based in Achabal, Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

By accessing or using our Platform, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the PrepXIQ website (prepx.in), mobile application, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered member or a visitor.
• "Content" refers to all educational materials available on the Platform, including video lectures, recorded live classes, mock test papers, study notes, and other resources.
• "Services" refers to all functionalities offered by PrepXIQ including course delivery, live streaming, mock testing, progress tracking, and certificate generation.
• "Enrollment" refers to the act of purchasing access to a course via the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features — including viewing enrolled courses, taking mock tests, joining live classes, and tracking progress — you must create a user account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us at hello@prepx.in if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Educational Content & Intellectual Property

All Content available on the Platform — including video lectures, recorded live classes, mock test question papers, study materials, graphics, logos, and the user interface — is the intellectual property of PrepXIQ and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Content you have enrolled in, strictly for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You expressly agree that you will not:

• Reproduce, distribute, share, or publicly display any Content.
• Download, record, or capture any video lectures or live streams using screen recording software or similar tools.
• Share your account credentials to grant others access to paid Content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any underlying source code, video streams, or assets from the Platform.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes, resale, or redistribution.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund and may subject you to legal action.

5. Course Access & Enrollment

PrepXIQ offers educational courses in two enrollment tiers:

• Basic Tier: Access to recorded video lectures and course materials.
• Premium Tier: Everything in Basic plus live interactive classes, mock tests with detailed analytics, priority doubt resolution, and certificates of completion.

Each enrollment is a one-time payment for the complete course lifecycle. There are no recurring subscriptions or auto-renewal charges. Access duration is specified on each course detail page.

Free preview lessons may be available to help you evaluate the course quality before purchasing.

6. Fees & Payment Terms

Course pricing is transparently displayed on each course detail page in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through our verified payment gateway partner, PayU.
• PayU supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, your course access is activated immediately.
• We do not store your payment card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials. All sensitive data is handled exclusively by PayU in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

7. Refund Policy Summary

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all course enrollments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself responsibly. You expressly agree not to:

• Share your login credentials or allow third parties to access your account.
• Use screen recording, screen capture, or content duplication software to copy course materials.
• Post abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content in live class sessions or interactive features.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's servers, security systems, or other users' accounts.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Platform.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

9. Live Classes & Interactive Features

PrepXIQ offers live interactive classes for Premium tier enrollees:

• Live class schedules are communicated in advance via the Platform and email notifications.
• We make every effort to conduct scheduled sessions on time, but may occasionally reschedule due to technical or unforeseen circumstances.
• Recorded replays of live classes may be made available for enrolled users.
• Participants must maintain respectful conduct during live sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal and potential account suspension.

10. Platform Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for:

• Scheduled maintenance and system upgrades.
• Emergency security patches.
• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or content at any time. Significant changes affecting enrolled users will be communicated in advance.

11. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Service.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior.
• You share your account with unauthorized third parties.
• You attempt to copy, record, or redistribute course content.

In the event of termination due to Terms violation, no refund will be issued. You may voluntarily delete your account by contacting us at hello@prepx.in.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Using our courses will guarantee any specific academic or professional outcome.
• All Content will be free from errors or omissions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepXIQ and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrepXIQ and its operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Platform or Content.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any content you submit or post on the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hello@prepx.in. We will endeavor to resolve your concern within 15 business days.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
