Our courses, mock tests, and live class replays are digital products. Access is granted instantly to your account upon successful payment confirmation by our payment gateway partner, PayU. Because of the digital nature of our products, we have established the following clear refund and cancellation policies.
2. Our Refund Guarantee
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full 7-day money-back guarantee on all course enrollments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a complete refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to both Basic and Premium tier enrollments. We believe in the quality of our courses and want you to feel confident in your investment.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- You must provide your registered email address and PayU transaction/reference ID.
- Your account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Submit Your Request: Send an email to hello@prepx.inwith the subject line "Refund Request". Include your registered email, PayU transaction ID, the course name, and a brief reason for the refund.
- Verification: Our support team will verify your purchase details and eligibility within 2 business days.
- Approval & Processing: Once approved, we will initiate the refund through PayU. You will receive a confirmation email with the refund reference number.
- Access Revocation: Upon refund processing, your access to the refunded course will be revoked.
5. Refund Timeline
After your refund is approved, the credited amount will be returned to your original payment source:

Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or financial institution. If you have not received your refund after the estimated timeline, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund requests made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (including content piracy, account sharing, or abusive behavior).
- Courses where the user has completed more than 90% of the total content (based on lesson progress tracking).
- Purchases made using promotional codes or special discounted offers, unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
7. Cancellation Policy
All courses on PrepXIQ are offered as one-time purchases. We do not charge recurring subscriptions and there are no auto-renewal fees.
- There is no need to "cancel a subscription" — you pay once for the entire course lifecycle.
- If you wish to stop using a course, simply stop accessing it. No cancellation action is required.
- If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, email hello@prepx.in.
8. Failed & Pending Transactions
If your payment fails or is stuck in a pending state during checkout:
- The transaction will be automatically cancelled by PayU within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
- Any amount debited will be automatically reversed by your bank or payment provider.
- Bank processing times for automatic reversals may take 3 – 7 business days.
- If the amount is not reversed after 7 business days, contact us at hello@prepx.in with your transaction details and bank statement screenshot.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Filing an unjustified chargeback may be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
If you have a legitimate concern, email hello@prepx.in. Our team will resolve valid issues within 2 business days — faster than a bank dispute process.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon updating this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
